Black pepper | 1tsp. |
Green onion, onion, parsley | 3 tbsp.each, chopped |
Water | 2 Cups. |
All purpose flour | 1 Cup. |
Baking powder | 1tbsp. |
Oil (for frying) | for frying |
Mix all ingredients. Heat the oil and fry by teaspoonfuls.
