| Green onion, onion, parsley | 3 tbsp.each, chopped |

| All purpose flour | 1 Cup. |
| Baking powder | 1tbsp. |
| Oil (for frying) | for frying |
Mix all ingredients. Heat the oil and fry by teaspoonfuls.
