Method:

Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F.

Clean the chicken.

Crush the garlic and mix into it the salt and chilli powder.

Rub part of the mixture inside the chicken in a large low oven pan and pour the oil on it.

put the pan into the oven and cook till the chicken turns golden brown.

While roasting brush the chicken often with its oil.

serve hot or cold with roast potatoes.
