As per data received from Director, Directorate of Oilseeds Development, Hyderabad, the sowing of Soybean in Madhya Pradesh stood at 52.580 lac hectare, in Maharashtra at 36.806 and in Rajasthan at 10.248 lac hectare as on 28.07.2016, which was 55.460, 32.198 and 10.661 lakh hectare respectively on same date last year.
